Paradise Cove Resort sits on Naukacuvu Island, with tropical gardens behind the beachfront and the wider Yasawa Islands waiting beyond the bay. The main pool and beach make an easy meeting point for families, while the resort’s range of villas lets you choose more space, a beachfront position or an especially private retreat.
Dining is part of the experience, from island-inspired meals at Black Rock to Japanese tapas and teppanyaki at Donu. Between meals, explore the reef, join a cultural activity or head out on a guided excursion. Garden Studio
A compact garden base with a king bed, sofa bunk and private outdoor seating. Air conditioning and an enclosed bathroom make this a practical choice for a couple or a family with up to two children.
Garden & Paradise Garden Bungalows
These bungalow categories combine garden outlooks, furnished balconies and the resort’s open-air ensuite style. They suit couples and small families, with bedding options confirmed for the category you book.
Cove Villa
Set within The Cove’s tropical gardens, these villas have a lounge area, outdoor ensuite and a separate children’s bunk room. They accommodate two adults and two children, close to The Cove’s pools and Boat Bar.
Two Bedroom Garden Villa
Set behind the beachfront villas, this option gives families or friends two bedrooms, outdoor living space and an open-air bathroom. The second bedroom has its own toilet and separate external access, an important layout detail when travelling with young children.
One Bedroom Beachfront Villa
Step out towards the sand from a villa designed around its beachfront position. A furnished balcony, daybed and beach loungers invite slower days. This category suits two adults, or two adults with one child.
Two Bedroom Beachfront Villa
A beachfront choice with a lounge, outdoor living space and two bedrooms. It suits four adults or two adults with up to four children in the appropriate bedding. As with the garden version, the second bedroom has a separate external entrance and its own toilet.
Two Bedroom Pool House
Also described by the resort as the Two Bedroom Home with Pool, this garden retreat has a private pool, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and laundry. King, split-king and Murphy-bunk bedding provide flexibility for families. Infant restrictions apply, so check suitability before choosing it for very young children.
The Beach House
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and generous indoor-outdoor living give the Beach House a more private feel. Its separate location is connected to the main resort by a short boat ride, with a boatman available during the resort’s operating hours. It is a lovely option for families who value space and are comfortable using a boat to reach restaurants and activities.

Complimentary Kids Club
Crafts, cooking, treasure hunts, Fijian storytelling and nature activities bring an island flavour to the programme.
The complimentary programme welcomes children aged three and over, with daytime sessions and evening activities.
Children aged five and under need a parent or Mei Mei Mama with them. Water-based activities have age and swimming-ability requirements, and participation is guided by conditions and the team’s programme.
Teen Yurt and Mei Mei Mama care
The Teen Yurt gives older children aged nine and over their own place for games and downtime. Mei Mei Mama babysitting is also available; request care at least 24 hours ahead. Complimentary time depends on the room and booked inclusions, with charges for additional care. We’ll confirm the allowance, ages covered and current fees before you rely on it.
Choosing the right family stay
A Cove Villa’s separate bunk room is useful for a smaller family, while the two-bedroom villas give larger parties more flexibility. If you prefer the Beach House, allow for its short boat connection to the main resort. Tell us about cot needs, children’s swimming confidence and any dietary requirements when you enquire.

Adults-only Paradise Suite
The one-bedroom Paradise Suite is an adults-only beachfront retreat for two, with a private plunge pool, hanging daybeds and a lounge. It is a particularly appealing choice when you want time together with a little more privacy.
For a simpler stay, the adults-only Lodge offers bunk-style rooms with separate bathroom facilities. Ask us to confirm its minimum age and room arrangements if you are travelling with older teenagers.
Nauka Spa and DUA dining
Book a treatment at Nauka Spa or reserve an evening at adults-only DUA for a multi-course omakase experience. DUA also offers an adults-only beachside breakfast or brunch. These experiences cost extra and should be booked ahead.
Island flavours, Japanese small plates and special evenings
Black Rock, Donu and DUA
Black Rock serves breakfast, oceanside lunches and an evening menu with grilled favourites and Pacific flavours. Donu brings Japanese-inspired tapas and teppanyaki, with limited seating worth reserving early. DUA’s intimate adults-only dining adds another option for a special occasion.
Choose how you would like to dine
Breakfast is included in the standard accommodation arrangements. Lunch and dinner can be paid for as you go, or included through an optional full-board plan. Once selected, the plan applies to everyone and every night in the booking, with specified menu allowances at Black Rock, Donu and teppanyaki.
DUA carries a supplement. Drinks, between-meal snacks and room service are additional unless your quote specifically includes them. Dietary needs should be discussed before booking so the resort can confirm suitable choices.
Reef adventures and a taste of island life
Snorkelling, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding make the most of the beachfront setting, with complimentary non-motorised activities among the resort’s inclusions. Use the gym or yoga areas, join Fijian cultural activities, or simply enjoy the pool and beach.
The PADI dive operation can help you explore further underwater. Guided hikes, fishing, village visits and island excursions add variety, with charges and schedules confirmed locally.
Seasonal manta ray encounters
From around May to October, excursions may take you to a nearby channel to snorkel with manta rays. Sightings are never guaranteed, and every outing depends on weather, sea conditions and safety. Ask about the current programme rather than planning your entire stay around a particular day’s trip.
From Nadi to the Yasawa Islands
Fly into Nadi, then continue to Paradise Cove Resort by boat or helicopter. International flight times, customs clearance and onward transfer schedules all matter, so let us check the full journey before you book your flights.
Resort boat via Naisoso Marina
The Paradise Express operates scheduled morning and afternoon services from Naisoso Marina, close to Nadi Airport. Allow approximately 75–90 minutes on the water, subject to sea conditions and the confirmed service. Resort transfer arrangements include mainland pick-up and drop-off within the applicable local area and use of the Naisoso lounge, with refreshments, bathrooms and showers.
Private ground transfers and other boat options
The included mainland connection is a resort shuttle. If you prefer a private airport-to-marina car, ask us to quote it separately. Private marine charters can also be explored for suitable groups, while the Yasawa Flyer offers another scheduled route from Port Denarau. We’ll compare the connections that work for your arrival and departure dates.
Helicopter transfers
Island Hoppers offers helicopter transfers from Nadi, subject to availability, daylight operations, weather and aircraft limits. The published baggage allowance is 15kg per paying seat, and a two-seat minimum normally applies. Confirm passenger and luggage details early, and allow for possible schedule changes or a mainland overnight stay if your flights do not connect.
Boat and air transfers are separately charged unless included in your holiday package. Applicable fuel surcharges and final schedules will be confirmed with your quote.

Planning your Paradise Cove Resort holiday
Paradise Cove Resort is on Naukacuvu Island in Fiji’s Yasawa Islands. You reach it with an onward boat or air transfer after arriving in Nadi. Read more about the Yasawa Islands.
Paradise Cove Resort welcomes families. Cove Villas and several other villa categories accommodate children, while the Paradise Suite and Lodge are adults-only accommodation options. DUA is an adults-only dining venue. Check minimum ages and access conditions for the particular room or experience you choose.
Cove Villas suit two adults and two children, and Garden Studios and bungalows offer smaller-family options. Two Bedroom Garden and Beachfront Villas provide more room for larger families. The Beach House has a separate location reached by a short boat ride from the main resort. Room layouts and age restrictions matter, so include every traveller’s age when requesting a quote.
Standard accommodation includes breakfast, with the choice to pay for lunch and dinner as you go or add full board. Full-board menu allowances apply, and DUA, drinks, snacks and room service may incur additional charges. A package may include more, so use your written quote as the guide.
Kids Club is complimentary for children aged three and over, with age, supervision and activity conditions. Children aged five and under require an accompanying parent or nanny. Mei Mei Mama care can be arranged in advance; complimentary hours depend on the booked room and inclusion, and extra care is charged. We’ll confirm the current terms for your family.
Private pools belong to specific room categories, including the Paradise Suite and Two Bedroom Pool House. Other rooms have access to the resort’s shared pools. Choose a private-pool category explicitly if that is important to your holiday.
It depends on your Nadi arrival time and the confirmed boat or helicopter schedule. Allow time for customs, luggage collection and the mainland connection. A later arrival may need a night near Nadi before continuing to Paradise Cove Resort.
The resort describes the usual season as May to October. Excursions depend on conditions and manta ray activity, so a sighting cannot be guaranteed.
