Choose your own balance of activity and stillness
A 160-acre setting on Vanua Levu gives Koro Sun a distinctive reef-to-rainforest character. Spend the morning exploring the water, head into the greenery with a guide, then slow down with a spa treatment or an afternoon beside the pool.
The resort welcomes families, while its Edgewater Floating Bures and Edgewater Bures are reserved for guests aged 16 and over. Tell us the ages of everyone travelling so we can match you with the right part of the resort.
Garden retreats and life by the water
Accommodation ranges from compact bures to multi-bedroom villas. Air-conditioning is provided, but layouts, views, pool features and age rules vary by category. Your confirmed room selection matters more than the general resort description.
Garden and rainforest accommodation
Tropical and Garden Bures offer a leafy base for a quieter stay. Two-bedroom bures suit families or friends, with pool options available; a Three Bedroom Villa gives a larger group more space.
Ask us to confirm the bedding and permitted occupancy for your travel dates, particularly for the Two Bedroom Pool Bure.
Edgewater Floating Bures
These floating bures sit in the protected marina, with a deck and direct access to the water. Each accommodates a maximum of two guests, aged 16 and over.
Choose this category for the unusual on-the-water setting. It is different from the land-based Edgewater Bure.
Edgewater bures and villas
Edgewater Bures also welcome a maximum of two guests aged 16 and over. Families can ask about the separate Edgewater Pool Bure, Edgewater Villa or Two Bedroom Marina Bure categories.
Pool features, stairs and direct water access vary. We will confirm the layout and suitability for your party before you book.
Private villas with a different perspective
Larger private rainforest villas offer space for families or groups, with kitchens, living areas and private pools in selected categories. They can sit some distance from the main resort facilities.
A rental vehicle is required for certain hillside villas, including Mountain Top and Dalo. We will check the current villa configuration, access and vehicle arrangements rather than assume every villa has the same inclusions.

Lagoon lunches and relaxed island evenings
Palm Grove is the main restaurant, with Levu Bar alongside.
Sand Bar & Grill offers casual waterfront dining, while Latitude 17 is an option for a seafood or steak evening. Opening days and menus can change.
Breakfast and afternoon tea are included under the resort arrangements we quote. The exact breakfast selection depends on the travel dates and booked package; lunch, dinner and drinks should only be treated as included when your quote says so.
An optional Full Board plan is available. It applies to all occupants for the full stay and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Venue restrictions, dining credits and supplements can apply, including for festive or special menus. We will confirm the current details and dietary requirements.
A little time beneath the canopy
The Rainforest Spa is tucked into the greenery, where treatment bures and the sound of running water create a peaceful setting for a massage or body treatment.

Spa appointments and treatments cost extra unless specifically included in your confirmed package. Reserve ahead for preferred times or a couples treatment.
Small discoveries, shared adventures
The supervised Bula Buddies programme is for children aged 4–12, with cultural activities, crafts and nature-based fun. The contracted daytime programme runs between 8am and 4pm.
Children aged 3 and under have a daytime nanny arrangement under the contracted inclusions. After-hours care is charged separately. Confirm the schedule, availability and any individual care requirements when booking.
Children aged 12 and under may eat free from the children’s menu at Palm Grove, during designated meal times with a paying adult, for up to two children per bure. This does not mean every child’s meal at every venue is included.
Make the most of northern Fiji
Included resort activities range from kayaking, snorkelling and paddleboarding to rainforest walks, cycling, tennis, pickleball and casual golf. Cultural demonstrations and scheduled entertainment bring another side of Fiji to your stay.
Scuba diving is offered by an independent operator based at the resort marina. Diving, spa treatments and selected excursions are additional unless expressly included. Water activities depend on conditions, tides, ability and the activity schedule.

Fly to Vanua Levu, then continue by road
From New Zealand, travel via Nadi and connect with a domestic flight to Savusavu. Koro Sun is approximately 15 minutes from Savusavu Airport by road; the return ground transfer is included under the contracted resort arrangements.
Labasa Airport is an alternative, followed by an approximately 90-minute road transfer. Complimentary Labasa transfers are subject to the contracted minimum three-night stay. We will confirm the route and any transfer charge for shorter stays.
Domestic flights are separate from the resort’s ground transfer. Flight connections, aircraft baggage allowances and arrival times need checking before the itinerary is confirmed. No inter-island boat transfer is required on either airport route.
Plan the details before you book
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is 10am. Early access and late check-out are by request, subject to availability, and may cost extra.
Koro Sun has sloping ground, stairs and waterfront accommodation with direct water access. Tell us about mobility needs or young children so we can check a particular room and transfer arrangement; do not assume step-free access throughout. Wi-Fi is available, but a remote-island connection should not be relied on for high-bandwidth work.
